    Thank you for joining me today, and thank God for all his blessings. Oh what a journey? It is not often a person gets to be a part of a subject that can ultimately influence how many people worldwide view their personal health maintenance, or try to aid in lowering instances of a plaguing illness like breast cancer. This is what the powercycle is here to do. It will literally revolutionize the way we strive for optimal health and vitality. It does so by shifting the emphasis from the importance of what we put into our bodies to what we get out. In the beginning, I formed the powercycle concept to mimic the vigorous running of elite athletes. As it turned out, it was more like the parameters of a star soccer player, less the stops and still motions, capturing only continual movement. Hence, its time of 60-68 minutes, combining hard pace, slow pace, and even some walking. In the end, it turned out even better, as it offers a more time effective, control your own destiny, no-nonsense approach to the end result. That being a body drenched with sweat, along with a heavy stream of running class endorphins, a high calorie burn, and the added benefit of focused meditation and prayer. It truly cuts to the chase, and becomes a highly efficient framework to enjoy the benefits of these all natural ?health accelerators?. The powercycle is for real, or should I say it?s as real as it gets! Its rewarding timeframe of 60-68 minutes is the perfect target to make each and every cardio workout or run challenging, yet attainable. Uniquely, it works the same with beginners, average, and advanced cardio conditioned individuals. All can enjoy the healing powers of this basic natural process. Its strategy is even more simple, in allowing each and every person the ability to warm up, before gradually building up to a ?Hot Zone? culminating performance, and at the end striking a 24 karat gold zone of benefits. Each component of the powercycle offers its own set of high valued health benefits, however, standing alone as the clear leader is the target derivative goal of 1 liter of sweat, and for me ?King Sweat? and his multiplier of 2362 liters over 8 years. It started off as a neat statistic, instead, it opened up an alluring back door to a world of science and relevant health related issues.
