"Ver s.o.s" by the Brazilian poet THIAGO ALEXANDRE TONUSSI. It follows his first book of poems, ?Primeiros Versos?. It contains verses written from 2002 to 2005. The book is a result, but also the cause, of the poet struggle to free himself by finding his own self.
This second book of poems by Thiago Alexandre Tonussi, sets chronologically between his first book, "Primeiros Versos" (2001) and his third "Insist~ência -Terceiros Versos" (2009). We think these three books should not be seen as part of a trilogy; however, they may be seen as having the same ?cause and result? ? although with very different forms ? of someone who is still searching for the possible ways of becoming someone, a poet, a being?
Thiago Alexandre Tonussi has a degree in Modern Language (Portuguese & Spanish) at Birkbeck ? University of London. He has lived in London since 2008. He has also lived in Brazil, Spain and Italy. Is married with Juliana C Mazzero Tonussi. And at the moment is working on his fourth book of poems.
